What we collect

Enumerate by source, not in the abstract. The service request form collects business name, contact name, email, phone number and type, service address, equipment type, urgency, prior-customer status and the free-text description. Analytics collects page views and interaction events with no personal identifiers. Any third-party tracker running on the site collects on its own terms and has to be named here.

CONES is leaving HubSpot and building CRM in the Hub (decided 2026-08-20), and this site carries no HubSpot script, so leadin is not a disclosure item here. What replaces it is: this section has to say where a service request record lands in the Hub and who can read it. Swapping vendors changes the subject of the disclosure, it does not remove it.

Text messages and consent

State that texting about a service order happens only where the customer checked the consent box, that consent is not a condition of service, that message and data rates may apply, and that replying STOP opts out. Say what is stored as the consent record: the timestamp, the exact wording shown, its version, and the IP address.

This section is the public half of the TCPA obligation. The wording here and the wording on the request form have to match word for word. If one changes, both change.

How we use it

Dispatching technicians, quoting and invoicing, warranty and service history, and responding to inquiries. Say plainly that service request data is not sold and not used for advertising.

Google Analytics 4 and the Google tag, what they set, and how to opt out. This site runs no HubSpot script and no third-party lead tracker; if one is ever added it is named here.

How long we keep it

One line per category: service records for the equipment history period, consent records for as long as the number is on file plus the statutory window, analytics per the GA4 retention setting.
