What the technician checks

Cabinet temperature against the thermostat setting, and product temperature separately.
Supply voltage and compressor amp draw measured against the nameplate.
Superheat, sub-cooling and condensing temperature.
Refrigerant leak check across the system.
Condenser cleaned and the filter replaced, evaporator coil cleaned as needed.
Evaporator drain operation, plus the condensate pan and its heater.
Door adjustment, hardware and gaskets.

Findings go on the work order, with measured values, not a tick box.
